This MUST be done at least 48 hours in advance of the day of pickup.
Please note the prices in the reservation form below INCLUDE the Online Reservations 20% Discount. If you want to pick up equipment in less than 48 hours from now, please come in-store for a walk in rental.
Your reserved equipment will be set-up, tagged and ready to go on your pickup day. You may select a pick-up date of the day before you plan to use the equipment, but must pick up after 2 pm to not be charged for the additional day. After your rental is over, you may return the morning after using the equipment, but must return no later than 9am to not be charged for the additional day.
If you are renting with us for the first time or are unsure about your sizes, please make sure ALL skiers and riders come in to try on their equipment. All renters are responsible for final approval of the fit and sizing of equipment, so we encourage you to try on your boots each time you pick up equipment.
Please plan ahead. We cannot set reservations that are made less than 48 hours before pickup. During business hours our Techs are helping customers and your reservations are typically set after hours before your pick-up day. We check for reservations at 8PM, if they are not submitted by 48 hours before your reservation, we can not guarantee that they will be set.
If you need any of our winter sport packages, and do not submit a reservation before 48 hours of the planned pickup time, not to worry, we regularly set-up walk-in customers, so drop by our shop and we’ll get you set up quickly. We do ask for a credit card deposit, but your balance won’t be charged until you pick-up your equipment.
