Working at Crystal is an opportunity to join a great team and learn about winter sports! We require weekend and holiday availability (must be available for 2 of 3: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve/Day). We hire in the fall/winter for seasonal positions running from August at the earliest through April at the latest. We keep a much smaller summer staff, but there are some limited opportunities to work through the summer. We mostly hire for the Rental Technician position. This is a customer-facing role with responsibilities including fitting and adjusting rental equipment, retail sales, checking in service work, and basic ski and board maintenance. No experience is required, though we highly value attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for having fun in the outdoors. Sometimes we hire for the Tune Shop, though not as often.
